Our vision is simple — and extraordinary…
a world where wise women are leading.

Leading in your own life.

Leading in your family, and in your community.

Leading change in our outdated and patriarchal systems and structures.

Leading in the world as we evolve away from division and into unity through the honoring of diversity.

Leading isn’t about being “in charge.” It’s not about “power over” but “power with.”

It’s about connecting with and moving towards a creative vision — from a place of aliveness, fulfillment, and meaning; with kindness and compassion for self and others.

It’s about collaboration, creativity, and, in the workplace, boldly operating from the qualities and skill sets associated with the feminine. (Global corporate research has shown that these feminine qualities are the same ones most typically associated with great leaders. Surprising? We don’t think so.)

At WiseWoman Leading, we take a powerful stand for the power of WiseWomen to change the world.
We believe:

  • We are the change we wish to see in the world. We are the ones we have been waiting for. We are the legacy we wish to leave for those who come after us.
  • Healing the world begins on the inside — true healing work is an inside job.
  • We are whole and integrated individuals; what affects one area of our life, affects all areas of our life.
  • There is no separation between the individual and the “external” world we see; everything is interconnected.
  • Ancient feminine wisdom will carry us all into a sustainable future. We carry infinite potential to re-create the world from reverence instead of competition and power survival of the fittest.
  • Each of us has a unique and brilliant part to play in the world — and NOBODY but you can play this role.
